Welcome to Tyrrell Middle School!

     Tyrrell is the educational home of Wolcott's 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students, and it is an exciting place to learn. The building was renovated in 2000 and it offers much to enhance the curriculum:  A library media center, two computer labs, portable computer laboratories, advanced technology and Internet access in every classroom, auditorium, fitness room, athletic fields, and beautiful grounds.

     Students have every opportunity to participate in activities during and after school. We offer sports, specialty music groups, an annual musical, National Junior Honor Society, Student Council, and various clubs and activities. Tyrrell values its strong faculty and staff, along with our involved and supportive Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). They all have contributed to an educational environment that allows students to grow emotionally, academically, physically, and socially.
