The Wolcott Board of Education is accepting applications for the following position:
Title: Food Service Operations Manager

Location: Districtwide

Start Date: As Soon As Hired

Rate: Salary Based on Experience
($36,000.00 to $40,000.00)

Benefits: None

Schedule: School Year: 210 Days
(Includes two weeks before and at the end of the school year)
(6-hour days: 30-hours per week)

Job Summary:
The position assists the Director in overseeing school breakfast and lunch programs. Responsibilities include: recipe development, nutrition analysis, inventory control, implementing farm-to-school initiatives, training food service staff, and ensuring compliance with program standards. The role also involves promoting the student menu, managing data entry, and using a POS system. Must have excellent customer service and leadership experience.

Required Experience:
Must have minimum of High School Diploma with 2 years Food Service or related supervisory experience
Registered Dietitian preferred
K12 Experience preferred
Maintains ServSafe Certification within six months of hire
